Returns can be made on full price items for store credit or exchange only. Shipping and return shipping cost will be deducted from credit total. Store credit never expires.
If your order meets the requirements and you need to initiate a return, please email hello@cactusstitchandco.com to get a pre-paid return label emailed to you. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of receipt and in the same condition which they were received.
